    Fairly clean hotel in a fantastic location. Excellent room, incredibly comfortable with jacuzzi. A wide array of food available in the patio. Location not far from Guatape, a supermarket, and the lake. Also, in the middle of jackson. Incredible experience there🙂

    The Double Room was beautiful and comfy! It had a great vibe with amazing views. Everything felt super cozy, a perfect spot to relax. The bathroom was nice, and the whole setup made it hard to leave. Plus, the quiet was a bonus after a busy day. Loved the balcony too!

    The views were fine. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious local dishes and attentive service from the staff. The larger cold water jacuzzi was refreshing, and the peaceful location allowed for a lovely escape while still being a short tuk-tuk ride from town. One downside was the slightly remote location, made quick trips into town less convenient, but it did offer a serene atmosphere. The parking could be challenging at peak times, although we managed well with our motorcycle.

    The staff was helpful .

    The room we received was not what we booked. There was no balcony or view, very disappointing. The sheets were dirty, and the noise from the kitchen made it hard to sleep. To top it off, there was only a portable chiller for cooling, and it was inadequate for our comfort.

    Tau House is a well-designed hotel with beautiful interior decor. It is conveniently located near Piedra del Penol, providing easy walking access. the food is great, the service is excellent, and it is a family-friendly establishment. Overall, I highly recommend Tau House.

    No balcony, view, or AC, and some noise. No complaints.

    Fine views, beautifully appointed room with a cozy balcony jacuzzi overlooking the lake. The breakfast was really good, and the staff was great. Despite some minor hiccups, it's a place worth experiencing. a nice stay.

    The room was spacious and had a lovely jacuzzi. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Jackson, and within a 10-minute walk to a huge rock. The proximity to restaurants, a supermarket, and the lake was really convenient.
